Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your goods. For a change-of-mind return, products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging. Where a hygiene seal is supplied, it must remain intact.
How to Request a Return

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order information and a description of the problem. Ordinary unused-condition and hygiene-seal requirements do not prevent assistance for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products. We will review the issue with you and arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund.
Return Shipping and Fees
We cover return shipping when the issue results from our error, a damaged item or a product defect. Customers cover return shipping for a change of mind. No restocking fee applies. Please consider international postage to our return address in France when choosing a change-of-mind return.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, funds will be returned automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with an approved refund.
